All legal DNA testing requires clients to come in for an appointment at one of our locations across Canada. Please note a $35.00 collection fee per person applies.

If clients require separate appointments we can accommodate that at no additional cost. We are also able to set up appointments in two different cities at no additional cost for our clients who may not live in the same area.

Our locations are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in order to accommodate all our clients DNA testing needs.

In certain areas we offer a free mobile service at no additional cost which operates 7 days a week.

All private DNA testing is performed with a kit that will either be sent from us or prepared at home and clients will be performing their own collections.

Steps to booking a legal appointment:

On the appointment day:

There is no eating, drinking or smoking for at least 30 minutes before the appointment. For all court-admissible DNA tests, clients must have one piece of government issued photo ID or for children a birth certificate, health care card or SIN number as well as a recent printed photo can be used. The appointment will take anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes.

Cancellations and refunds:

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. For all no show and missed appointments a $50 fee will be charged.
